When we create the listing you own it as an admin. Your Airbnb listing will be owned by you so you retain your reviews if you decide to self-manage. We will completely set up your listing and regularly make updates to improve your search algorithm ranking.

Josh & Regina Myrick
Josh & Regina own and operate Adventure Stays Here property management company, focused on buying Vacation Rental Properties to provide unique and comfortable experiences in popular vacation areas around North Carolina. We are a family with three children. Prior to all the kiddos we loved to travel and always stayed in a unique space. Thus, we want to provide similar great experiences. Josh is a military veteran of the Marine Corps serving 10 years and 5 years in local law enforcement.
